Gwenn Rypkema has been an Award winning Realtor in both Nevada and Illinois since 1996 specializing in Buyer representation. Successfully closing well over $100 Million in Real Estate transactions over the course of her extensive career, she has been awarded, and maintains, the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation; the highest Designation awarded in the Residential Real Estate field, an accomplishment realized by only 4% of all Realtors nationwide. As a statement to her continued dedication to both the Luxury and International Real Estate markets, Gwenn has earned her Certification as Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and is currently pursuing Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). She is a member of the International Property Specialist network, Council of Residential Specialists, and the Las Vegas International Alliance. Ms. Rypkema joined Black & LoBello in the beginning of 2010.
